‘Phineas and Ferb’ Revival to Premiere on Disney Channel in Addition to Disney+

Disney has confirmed that the “Phineas and Ferb” revival will premiere on Disney Channel in addition to Disney+

The revival is set to debut on Disney Channel and the streaming platform some time in 2024, according to series creator Dan Povenmire.

Disney Branded Television has picked up the revival for 40 episodes split up into two seasons. The revival comes from Dan Povenmire and Jeff “Swampy” Marsh.

Per the official description “‘Phineas and Ferb’ depicts two resourceful stepbrothers who conquer boredom and make every day of summer vacation count, often to the chagrin of their sister Candace.”

Phineas and Ferb originally premiered in 2008 on Disney Channel and originally ran until 2012 before a new batch of episodes debuted on Disney XD. There have also been two films produced – “Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension” and “Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe” which was a Disney+ exclusive.

Phineas and Ferb gathered a huge fan base and was a critical success. It was nominated for 14 Emmy Awards, winning four.

Currently all seasons and movies of Phineas and Ferb are available to watch on Disney+
